Review content:
First Ohio Bank of Lending is one of the worst banks for service. The loan manager had PROMISED and GUARENTEED me of a certain rate and a closing date. Not only have I been lied to, he resigned from the company in the middle of my loan. They make all sorts of promises and DO NOT KEEP THEM. It has taken 3 months and I'm STILL not done, and only stayed because I had paid $$$ for a home appraisal and can't get it back. They never call when they say they will, and I don't want to see any family go through what we have had to endure.
