I called to have my carpet cleaned by this "service" and the guy said he would go and take a look and call me if he could NOT clean it but he would do his best to clean it. After removing most the furniture from my room (no easy task) and preparing to have the carpet cleaned (needed it done immediately as we are putting our apt on the market) the man doesn't show up nor does he bother to call me and tell me he's not coming!! So now I am stuck with a carpet that desperately needs to be cleaned, furniture and objects everywhere and virtually no time to get it done before the weekend and open house. This lazy and inconsiderate man has caused many problems for me, when all he had to do was make a 2 second phone call and let me know he could't do it. What kind of service are you if you don't bother to even pick up a phone?
