Review content:
RCs is a nice place, they have their devoted following so they have a good crowd most nights. The food is good, but it is a local steak and chicken joint. I have had both here and I can say I was satisfied with the food quality, quantity and services. On the weekend their bar business gets a bit loud, but it is tolerable with the main restaurant on the other end of the building.
Pros: Across the street from the 135th Street BBQ
Cons: A bit overpriced
