I was so surprised when I went here! I only went to this small optical center b/c I was trying to save some money on exam/contacts (which I did!) but it was the customer service that has me coming back! I've only met 2 of the people that work there (I think its just 3 or 4 people total) but they were great! They were professional but at the same time, extremely cool - Did not hassle me at all when I needed to exchange brands of contacts, gave me lots of trial lenses, stayed open a few minutes late waiting for me to arrive!, etc. No stuffiness like you get sometimes at D.O.C. Just good, old-fashioned mannered men! =) Yaahh for cheap contacts lol.
