Review content:
Both myself and wife have been customers of Focus Optical for nearly 10 years and have constantly received superior service from Tom who I believe is the owner. If we could give them 6 stars we would.
As an example of superior service, several years ago our family Opthalmologist screwed up my prescription not once, but twice. Under normal circumstances the first remake is on the glass provider but anything else is the responsibility of the purchaser. Tom not only cheerfully made sure we were 100% satisfied but also did all the paperwork and followup with the Doctor to make sure he paid for the error. Now that was customer service at its best.
Since starting with Focus Optical we have on many occasions recommended them to our family and friends. For this reason, we cannot understand how the previous reviewer had such a negative review. The only thing I can think of, is that they must work for some other Optical supplier trying to undermine this establishment for their own benefit.
I don't write many reviews but, I had to in this instance since such a negative review and personal comments are completely uncalled for. They provide excellent service at an affordable price. I'm glad we met Tom and we will never shop for glasses at a Mega store which are impersonal and just in it for the profit..
To help the local economy, support your local independently owned merchants. Without them, we all loose.
