Review content:
I stopped into Focus Optical today, and I was completely shocked by the level of service I received. First, they made me totally at ease with my first experience with an eye exam. The doctor was very detailed in their exam and talk me through every step of the process. After the exam was over and it was determined that I needed glasses, Tom (owner) was very helpful in finding a frame that would fit my face and not trying to up sell the most expensive frames and services. He made me feel like I was the only customer he has. Once I picked the frame I wanted, he said "" Do you want to pick them up today?"" and I replied, ""They will be ready today?"" ""I will have them ready by 3:30pm"" he said, and my appointment was at 10:30 am. I was completely shocked I would have them the same day. After this experience I will tell all my friends and family to shop this location for their eyeglass needs. GREAT JOB and keep up the great service Focus Optical.
