Last Thanksgiving day, Our funace of 26 years decided to stop working. A call to Horbett's emergency number put me in touch with the most helpful people. The service tech was there within the hour. The furnace had heated it's last cubic foot of natural gas. The tech explained in great detail about the new Modulating Furnace's. The crew was at my home the first thing the next day,(the day most people dont have to work), and installed our new furnace. We were told the new furnace would save us money on our gas bill. WOW were they right!! Our home is more evenly heated, and my wife is thrilled about the gas bill. ( kinda hard to thrill the wife anymore!). All in all, the service was great, the furnace is great, dealing with Horbett Heating was a very positive experiance!!!
