I come down to Tucson to visit family, I'm from Seattle. So needles to say we plan out our days to get the most out of our time. On my first visit I singed up to do a sunset trail ride, the date was schedualed for a Friday. At the time my name and number was asked for. So I schedualed my day around doing the sunset ride, so that I could be back to that side of town in time. When I showed up on Friday, already to go I was told that they didn't have any horses that could go out on the ride tonght. I was not called. My trail ride was reschedualed for Monday, three days later. Once again they took my phone number. I was realy frustrated becasue I could have done more things with my day if I had known that they could not take me out riding. So once again I came back on Monday to do the ride. The gate was closed and locked. I waited for 30 minutes before a ranch hand pulled in. After talking with the ranch hand I was told that sence it had rained earlier in the day the boss had cancelled all the trail rides for the day. ONCE AGAIN I WAS NOT CALLED!!. THAT MAKES TWO TIMES THAT THEY CANCELLED ON ME WITHOUT NOTICE!!!! I was realy mad this time because I had once again schedualed my day around the trail ride and could have done so much more with my day if only someone had called me!!! THIS WAS A GIANT WASTE OF MY TIME. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS RANCH TO ANYONE. What made this so madning to me is that I wasted two days on thses people and I was not staying in town that long.
