Pro Chek has been so helpful with the process of purchasing our first house. He came on time, and then he proceeded to take his time and didn't rush the inspection of the house. As we walked around the house, he looked at everything, and took note of every crevice and pointed out anything suspicious to me and advised me on how it could be fixed. He let me know that everything he was saying would be written down in the report too, but that he wanted me to know then and there in case I had any questions for him at that time.
He did a very thorough and meticulous inspection. I ended up getting the report back in a timely manner. There was a great and easy to read summary included too. I did have a few questions and they were fast in responding to my calls. He took time, again, to go over the report with me on the phone. He was patient and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. He really helped to make my first home purchase less worrisome for me. Plus, all of the bullet points he made, ended up being fixed by the seller, so his input was obviously worth it! Pro Chek is extremely easy to work with and highly professional.
