We liked it so much we went back six weeks later. The one bedrooms all have a porch overlooking the water. You are really on the beach. There is a large hot tub, almost the size of a small pool. Because there are only 15 units, it is very friendly and quiet. We found it very relaxing. You get to meet the other people very easily as they are all sitting at the tables around the hot tub. They provide cushions for the chaise lounges on the beach. Across the street and a block away is the Candy Kitchen, with home made ice cream and a giant sundae for $3.50. There is only one parking spot per unit, but you can get a pass to park down the street at the church except for Sundays, but you can also park at their other resort a few miles away. Small, adequate kitchen, grills outside. Pros: Sit on the balcony looking down at the beach Cons: Only one parking spot per unit onsite
