About a month ago I brought in my necklace with cross to have a new clasp put on. When I picked it up it did look nice and shiny, Didn't realize in 2 weeks it would look like it was in a fire. It turned so black so I brought it to another jewerly store in town and they re-polished it for me. I wastold that it was buffed so hard by Jerryland it took the protective coating off. This was given to me by my Parents for my 40th Birthday. Next time someone brings in something ask if they would like it polished first before you ruin it. Will only go back when i calm down to show you the Lovely work you don't do!!!!!!
