I was charged $3.95 to rebind a PSU Course Packet purchased from this organization last year. They claimed that I had extensively used the book and that since I was using a graduated students course packet that I was in violation of copyright laws.....how is this since I was not making photocopies. Could not believe they charged me $3.95 to rebind....would have thought they would have done it as a courtesy since the packet cost the student in excess of $75 for a bunch of photocopies......This place is a scam and I'm surprised they are still in business with the poor customer service they offer..... Avoid at all costs and patronize other copy centers who don't overcharge students.....""
