Review content:
As a contractor, and home builder for many years, I'm driven to get the word out about Metastone, they are TERRIBLE!!! Months late on delivery, months late on replacement sections, both for ones they forgot to send and for the ones broken (due to incredibly inferior packing) when they finally arrived. If you're on a schedule, and your customers expect a high level of service, you're only asking for trouble selecting this company! The only way to get them ""motivated"" is to not pay them, amazing they wake up, but for the most part are completely unresponsive, unprofessional, and asleep at the wheel!
Pros: they got the color right
Cons: wrong size, wrong pieces, shipped a MONTH late (both times), never answer the phone!
