I was quite impressed after talking to these guys on the phone, they seemed sharp. I took my car down for a diagnosis, and was told it would cost $40 per half hour. I get a call 35 min later that they have figured it out, and then am charged $90 for the diagnosis? Radiator, hoses, fluid... I spent about $600 total. Two weeks later I'm having the same problems. Take it back and discover that the mechanic had overlooked the cracked gasket on the radiator they had just replaced. Their fault, no charge, great, although it seemed to be driving funny. A couple of weeks later, leaking fluid again and fluctuations with the heat. My husband checks it out and finds that the power steering belt had not been tightened back up and all 3 hoses were loose. A couple of weeks later, still leaking fluid... So he took it in AGAIN and we were told that the mechanic who had first worked on our car is no longer with them because he was doing half-assed jobs on cars to get them through quickly. They had my car for a few hours and I guess did a bunch of tests and were on the phone with the manufacturer forever and yada yada. Come to find out it is what that mechanic refers to as a design flaw with older Nissan's. I understand that ""diagnosing"" can be a process of elimination but I would think they would notice the wrong fluid being pushed back through the engine, and then a belt, a gasket and some hoses. Not to mention the admission of the ""slacker"" mechanic. Now what I need will cost me three to six thousand dollars to fix, which is more than the value of my car. Had my car been diagnosed properly I would not have put $600 into it to be able to drive it for a few more months. AND the guy has the nerve to say that if we buy a used car to bring it to them for a look over for $60 before we pay for it! Then when we picked up the car, my husband went in for the key. The owner didn't even come out to talk to him and as my husband was leaving he walked past the owner and said, ""Have a nice day"", to which my husband was ignored. So much for that customer service. It is ALL just bad! I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews but this one IS deserved!
