I brought my car to Three C after it slid off the road on some ice and had severe damage to the passenger side. I initially worked with the customer service center on High St in Lewis Center and the staff was super helpful. We had to do a lot of negotiating with the insurance company to get them to cover everything and they were one-on-one through the entire process, telling me exactly what to tell the insurance company and how to handle the barriers we came up against. They dealt with the adjuster so I never had to. They even gave me a discount on a rental car so I had to pay next to nothing for a rental.
