This was my first apt. They moved me down stairs into a two bed rm in HIDDEN COVE. (even though I wanted to be at the top) I am a young female by the way. I had problems since day one. the carpet smelled, there were flies in my apt, rats in the wall, ants, flooding from my closet, leaking dishwasher (O AN THEY NEVER HOOKED IT UP THE CORRECT WAY) bullet shots throu my windows an break ins..... If that aint a moutyh full I dont kno what is. I had to call the building inspector on them because they never came to repair ANYTHING!!! And the inpector found even more stuff wrong. They always swear up an down that i never put a work order in BUT I GET COPIES AN I WRITE EVERY THING DOWN!!! I dont feel safe in my apt an now they say I CANT break my lease!!!!
Pros: Cheap, prices to save alittle but as soon as u save LEAVE
Cons: RUDE, THIEVES, CROOKS, DISRESPECTFUL, EVIL, list goes on....
