I've always been satisfied with Imperial Glass Block's prices, service, and turnaround times. I work for a mid-size property management company, and have ordered many dozens of windows from them over the years. We always receive high quality windows, a fast turnaround time, and good customer service.
Today, I went to them to get a replacement vent door, because the plastic tab on the side of the door was broken. Instead of selling me a new vent door, they replaced the broken tab for free.
