Review content:
I received a gift certificate, so I had my hair colored. Luckily, Inara was my colorist. She did an excellent job. However... I don't like the atmosphere at Mario Tricoci. The girl who checked me in was not very pleasant, especially when she had to show me to the""hair waiting room"". Soon, I was shown to my station. I arrived for my 9:30am appointment on time, but Inara wasn't ready for me until about 10am. Once my color was finished, I was shown to the ""self-style"" room by the shampoo girl. Then, Inara quickly stopped by to see if I liked it. I felt like I was in a processing plant. I thought that the atmoshere was cold and unfriendly. I guess I'm used to a certain level of service and warmth that I get at smaller salons. It's too bad, because I really liked Inara. Pros: Inara did a great job Cons: Way over-priced, Unfriendly atmosphere
