Please save yourself headaches. They dont have license in my State of Texas. The recently applied for one. I was member in 2002 to late 2010, because I was not using my alarm all of the time. I found out when I was trying to close my account they told me that they had lost my phone number and were not monitoring my house. They have license in Florida and Pa. and they are working all over the United States. They want me to pay for one year when they were not monitoring my system the year. I have to pay because the contract automatically renews. What nonsense please stay away from them. Join me on the Website I start to tell the whole Country not to use them.
