Sea usted el juez. Como se sentiera usted si despues de algunas llamadas telefonicas y faxes enviados por el paciente y su farmacia pidiendo una cita para obtener un refill de las medicinas que su paciente necesita, nadie de la oficina del Dr. Guerrero ni el mismo Dr. Guerrero se dignan devolver responder, sin considerer que el paciente necesita tomar sus medicinas y por eso se esta pidiendo una cita para conseguir la prescripcion. La oficina tiene una maquina contestadora con la voz del Dr. Guerrero anunciando un horario de oficina pero cuando uno llama durante ese horario solo sale la contestadora. Despues de observar el comportamiento arriba indicado, el medico y su personal dejan mucho que desear. Si el doctor no quiere ver mas al paciente, lo profesional y etico es enviar una carta al paciente informandole que se busque otro siquiatra y no abandoner al paciente, ni devolver sus llamadas ni a la farmarcia para obtener una nueva cita y una nueva prescripcion.
