this was the absolute worst service i've experienced in a long time. we had a late dinner reservation for 10:00PM for a birthday party. we arrived on time & were not seated for over an hour. when we complained, the hostess & the manager really could not care less. in fact they were downright bitchy, saying they couldn't just throw out the other diners... to which my response is: then why take reservations at all if you can't honor them??? i understand waiting a little bit for a reservation, but this long was unacceptable- & it was already late night! & the bad attitude on top on that was unnecessary. they finally agreed to comp our drinks, but only after we complained loudly numerous times & started to get testy (out of starvation as well as annoyance). we finally were seated & served dinner at 11:30PM, & by that point we were too ravenous to even notice what the food tasted like.
