Three of us went to lunch in the middle of the week ~ lots of seating options, the waitress was very sweet and accomodating and not overly attentive. It wasn't loud where we were seated. The tea was fab, the food was very good, and the price wasn't extreme - since we were there for lunch. If you want cheaper dinner prices, try Pei Wei's, the younger sibling of PF Chang's... we had the slab chocolate cake with raspberry, which wasn't as moist as I thought it should have been--- try another dessert if you go.
Pros: easy lunch, nice waitstaff, fab food
