Businiess name:  Numero Uno Cuban Restaurant
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Whoever said that this restaurant serves authentic Cuban food has obvioulsy no clue what it is!! My father is Cuban and my husband and I were born and raised in the Cuban capital of the US- Miami. We recently moved from Miami and were desperately searching for Cuban food. We needed to order to go and happened to spot Numero Uno and were very disappointed with the food. I ordered a MediaNoche and 2 croquetas (ham croquettes) and my husband ordered a Pollo a la Plancha (grilled chicken breast) with congri and plantains and a side order of mariquitas( fried plantain chips). My sandwich was cold and the the cheese was not even melted, the croquetas were made of I don't even know what and certainly did not even resemble croquetas and my husband's food was so not made by a Cuban cook. Never again will we eat there! This is a Numero Uno place not to eat at!! =(
