Avoid this place, from the first dealings I was skeptical but thought I would give them a chance since they are a local shop, big mistake. I had issues with my tires within a month of purchase and with in 1500 miles of driving on them. We developed a plan that made me happy as a customer, then when I called to follow up they told me they would be unable to follow through on there side of things. Said one thing and did another. A common theme with this place. When originally purchasing the tire I was told by one of there associates that scheduling the ""free"" regular maintenance would be a possibility, which I was pleased by, because I have a busy schedule with work and school. However this is not the case, they said one thing and are now doing another. It is frustrating when dealing with a business that gives the impression that they don't want you as a customer, and in today's economy it is almost unbelievable. In short I have been very unimpressed with there continuity and honesty in dealings, I find for a small local shop that this one does not care about customer service or being helpful. Avoid at all costs, instead give your business to a shop like Leadfoot Linda's or a chain like Big O Tires that you know will be able to take care of you.
