Businiess name:  Versailles Restaurant

Review content:
Whoever thinks that Cuban food should be greasy and mediocre is just utterly wrong. Clearly, the cooks at this restaurant seem to think it should be. I took a friend to his first introduction to Cuban cuisine and I was slapped in the face by the poor quality of the food. I've been going to this restaurant for years and it always had a great appeal, but I'm afraid those days are long gone. Somebody is definitely sitting on their laurels and riding the name of this establishment. A few points to address - The fried plantain dish has obviously shrunken over time (clearly not meant for two people) and yet, the price is just about the same, if not more. These may be hard times, but plantains are far from being pricey. Their moros rice had to be the saltiest version I have ever tried. Unfortunately, water refills were lacking throughout the evening! Sad to say, but this is one Cuban that may not be returning for quite a long while.
