bed sagged in the middle, their representative came to the house, inspected it and said it would be replaced under warranty, store tried to make me by a new foundation for the new mattress and said it was required, I refused and said would put the mattress on the floor. took the mattress to the warehouse, so they could not balk because we were going to use our 1.5 year old boxspring bought from them with the 1.5 year old mattress, where I was told because it had some barely noticeable spots the mattress was not under warranty replacement and the reason I was given was that the mattress was a biohazard. Total joke of a warranty because the sagging had zero to do with the faint spots, the company should be ashamed for the false claim that there is a warranty. Should be ashamed of themselves for not standing behind the product and leading me on to the point of delivering the mattress to them to be refused the replacement that their own inspector said was under warranty and was badly sagged in the middle.
