We had Top choice 2 come last year to spray our lawn, I was disappointed in with their services because I had to call every time I needed a application even though I had already prepaid for the year....so this year I went with another company. Top choice, call my husband to tell him they were coming out to spray soon he never called them back to confirm that we still wanted services. They ""just showed"" up and put a bill on our door for $52! I called about this and they stated, that is how they do business, it does not matter if you do not invite them to your house or even want to continue services. How is this possible? Future clients with this issue; ask to see the contract where you signed giving them permission to come at any time and bill you....they will quickly credit your account. Very shady business practices.
