they are the rudest people i've ever seen in my life.
specially, a lady at the lease signing was extremely rude. on the phone, by email, she does not know how to talk with people without making us feeling bad. i feel sorry for her that she doesn't even know how rudely she is talking. she told me that she is the only person who is taking care of lease siging for all of their NY property at her company. she seemed like she was very proud of herself. but, she doesn't even know how to talk with people.
it has been more than a month since i moved in. the apartment itself is ok. i have not received the lease yet though.. i asked her if they sent it out already because she told me it would be mailed out in 2 weeks after moving in. but, of course she told me that she was not handling it so i should not ask her. but the only good thing is that at least she gave me the number where i should contact with. after keeping emailing her for 2 weeks, i finally got the number i can make a call to.
