Review content:
I joined CitySearch only to write this review. I grew up in NY, and have moved back here since college. My fiance and I live in a fancy looking building by Columbia, 230 West 107th... and I honestly would rather live someplace far less nice than handle their crap. Listen to what everyone says. They WILL NEVER return a phone call. They will almost never answer a phone call, and if they do someone will be so rude that you want to hang up yourself. The heat is unreliable. The super is invisible. We signed an addition to our lease for a storage space in the basement, that we'd get for six months free and then pay for the next six months. We moved in July 1st, started calling and writing to ask for the key July 31st, and don't have a key to this day. I would put money on getting charged for the storage space on our next rent, and I wouldn't be shocked to discover that when we refuse to pay for it, they behave outrageously. Just stay away. Pros: Nope. Cons: Where to begin?
