Avoid Parker at ALL COSTS. They are a pack of liars who treat their tenants unfairly. Foolishly, I didn't take pictures of everything when I moved in. There was a door with a slight break in part of it that the inspector didn't see when I moved in, and it got worse through time. On move-out, they charged me BIG TIME for this, even though it wasn't my fault and it was caused by general wear and tear. That wasn't the main problem though: whenever I tried to take care of these kinds of problems (maintenance) they were SLOW, and I had to call several times for simple fixes. They treat their tenants like they are criminals trying to screw them over, and meanwhile, they do the same back to them. Watch your back with these people, because they will screw you over at the first chance they get. Best would be to go elsewhere at all costs.
