Review content:
I sold $510 worth of tropical fish to Evergreen Pet Shop on October 31, 2011 including 3 adult Stendker Brilliant Turquoise Discus for a friend. They wrote us two NSF checks. One for the Discus was $150. One to me for $360 for 30 Hypancistrus sp L333. Both checks bounced and despite numerous calls and e-mails we have only gotten the run aroung from Nichelle Nirges, one of the shop's owners. It is now November 18, 2011 and we have not been reimbursed or even acknowledged by either Nichelle nor Miles Nirges so we must take them to Court in order to obtain a judgement against them. Thery had paid by check on a previous sale of over $1000 worth of fish so we had no reason to expect them to defraud of of our money in the most recent transaction. I find their lack of good business ethics to be appalling and would recommend to others doing any sales to them to accept cash only. Larry Waybright I am well known around the world as an expert breeder of tropical fish under the screen name, ""apistomaster"". Just look my screen name up on Google and you will see how reputable a fish dealer I am.
