My family has lived in Renton for 20 plus years and have used TAS on a few occasions, I recently had my 2007 Mercedes S class in for repairs and was told it would take apporximately 7 days for the repairs. To my excitement they were able to schedule me in right away and kept me posted on repair status the whole way through. They took care of the extra expense for parts directly through my insurance company. Needless to say the job was finished a day early and the car was ""super"" clean upon my arrival :D I know I drive a Mercedes and sometimes people tend to go above and beyond for that reason but this experience was exactly the same as when my brother brought in his Toyota 4runner. Its nice to know that we have a local company that knows whats most important,""The customer""
