Review content:
If negative stars was possible, I would post it. I broke down in Federal way a year ago and had to get my alternator replaced. A year later I had to have it replaced again. The mechanic that replaced it the second time, told me the bolt that hold the alternator in place was missing. After talking to several mechanics, they all came to the same conclusion. The bolt was not tightened properly and eventualy shook loose. The so called ""mechanics "" at glenns told me that the bolt was old and broke. I asked if the bolt was in such bad shape then why didnt they replace it. No responce. I had the same work done a year later plus a new battery put in and it cost me a $100 less. I will take them to small claims court.
Cons: will over charge, poor quality in work
