Review content:
I took a very special handmade run here and they lost it, and have not made it right even though it has been many months. I have had to go and ask over and over, over the period of months and have been pleasant the whole time, BUT THE LACK OF INITIATIVE TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION IS DISHONEST AND WRONG. At one point I was told that they would buy a replacement for me....I even left my name and address to send me a check for it. And NOTHING! Do not let it happen to you especially when there is another cleaner just a few blocks up the road.
