I used Deb's Taxi several times while in Richmond. She is great - shows up on time, stays in communication, gladly quotes prices. She showed up at the train station early to make sure I didn't have to wait in the rain. She also called to see if I was ok when I didn't call her back for a ride to the airport (I caught a ride with a friend instead).
