Exceeded all expectations. We purchased a short-sale home that had pretty bad carpet damage from pet urine. Going with Twelve Bridge helped us avoid having to replace the carpet and saved us lots of money. Tony from Twelve Bridges really put our concerns to rest by answering all our questions and thoroughly describing the process to clean the carpets, which entailed sealing the floors beneath the pad, replacing the pads, using a special chemical treatment on the carpets, and steam cleaning. The carpet looks and smells brand new and we couldn't be happier with the results. Great price and turn time too. I would recommend them to anyone with floor restoration or cleaning needs.
