Stopped in for a pedi today and during the service I noticed a sign on the wall that said ""basic pedi"" $16.00 yet one of the employee's was telling callers pedi's were $25. I was confused because none of this was explained to me. My nails were cut, not filed or buffed. They look okay but I'm not very happy. When I paid for the service I told the employee I would have appreciated the option to choose the level of pedicure I wanted. Her response, ""well everybody gets the $25 pedi"". My response, ""You offer an option, you have options and I would have preferred to choose what I wanted AND I'm not everybody else"". This was my first and last visit to Pro Nails. If I could give a no star, I would.
