Businiess name:  Stettler Properties

Review content:
I have rented from Stettler for the past 3 years...not because I love them-- but because their price is reasonable for me to not have to move far from campus. They target college students and it's because they are the only people willing to live in such crap holes for the amount they charge. They honestly do minimal upkeep and will rob you every time on your security deposits when you decide to move out. Rodents (in total we have had: bugs, mice, bats, and squirrels), bad snow removal services, horribly insulated and energy deficient houses... there is probably still lead on the walls. I dont know what is more frustrating-- them or charter. You know something sucks when you compare it to charter... Advice for college renters: stray away from the big owners like stettler and DLK in whitewater-- go local and with landlords who only own one or two properties-- they invest a lot more time and money into their few structures, and will be there ASAP when you need help.... had to learn the hard way Pros: near campus Cons: bad houses. animals, pests. old windows. bad insulation.
