Review content:
The rent is cheap but there is a catch -- you will be mixed in with low-income households. Multiple cars have been broken into in a GATED parking lot, suggesting that it is probably the neighbors who are the criminals. If you have a decent car and park it outside, it's bound to be damaged. I've gotten my car keyed twice in the lot and my door has been dinged/scraped multiple times.
Pros: Good location, close to mall and freeways
Cons: Terrible neighbors, Loud, Train Tracks nearby, across the street from prison
