Great local bike shop.
Staff is courteous and very very helpful. You get free work done on your bike for the life of the bike if you buy it here, and they even do 'checkups' before each riding season to make sure it's in tiptop shape.
The staff doesn't try to upsell you on crazy things you don't need (like titanium frames, etc). They help you find the bike you're looking for, and the accessories you need-- not the bike they get the most comission off of, and the accessories they think are cool.
