These guys are total Scammers. Do not believe a word they say. We have been through the worst aggravation trying to get our monthly $10 refund check. We will not give up calling them about it because we won't give them what they want--which is for us to just give up and let them keep the money they had already promised. I do not understand how this business can be so deceitful and still stay in business. If there are any good reviews on this site it is only because they posted them themselves. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Order your utilities directly from the provider.
