Review content:
I had two blankets dropped off to be cleaned for visitors for Thanksgiving. One was a down blanket, the other was not. I was rudely informed by Candice (employee) that the down blanket would need to be sent out. Sure, fine, whatever. Jsut clean it. I returned to pick it up (because I was given specific dates that it woudl be done) it was not done. Another week. Fine. I returned a week later and they couldnt find it. Apparently it had gotetn sent out a week late, so now I am waiting another week and my family has no blanket. The staff was incredibly rude throughout the entire process (which is still nto finished) and offered no helpa s to where my blanket is or when it will be done. I will NEVER use them again and I discourage anyone from using such a rude, disorganzied 'business'.
