Businiess name:  Beaverton Bakery

Review content:
I had heard great things about Beaverton Bakery, so I ordered my wedding cake from them. I specifically ordered not just the wedding cake, but a sheet cake in order to accomodate all of my guests. Well on my wedding day the sheet cake never showed. There was only enough cake for about half of the guests. Not only that, but when I called to speak with them after I returned home I was met with an extreme ""so what"" attitude. I was polite and rational, but the woman on the other end offered not even an ounce of kindess or even professionalism. And this was on my WEDDING DAY! I was finally able to speak with someone who offered at least an apology and a refund for the sheet cake, but the damage was done. I have never had a company treat me this poorly after making a mistake. You would think that a bakery that prides itself on wedding cakes would know how to treat a bride.
