What a wonderful birthday! My boyfriend made same-day reservations, and though we were 15 minutes early, we were seated promptly. Service was excellent - attentive without being overbearing, and when we got our menus, I gasped in delight upon spotting my name and a wish for a ""Happy Birthday"" from the staff at the top of the menu! What a sweet touch! But none sweeter than the wonderful slice of chocolate truffle cake topped with a candle at the end of the meal - on the house! Forget the negative reviews - remember that you get what you give...
