Review content:
My son goes to Dr. Sehgal for his ears. The office staff is very friendly, and good about getting you in for an appointment quickly. The waiting room is nice and comfortable with toys for the kids. Dr. Sehgal is a good doctor, though he does seem rushed. He seems to know what he is doing but tends to get a little agitated when you question what he wants to do/prescribe or ask about other options. I do trust his opinions, but I just like to consider all options and try to keep myself informed so that I can ask good questions. I think he is very busy and resents taking extra time to answer your questions when he has already decided what he thinks is best. I still gave him four stars because I think that th quality of care that he provides is terrific, he just needs to work on his people skills.
