My family and I have recently gotten into hobbies such as model rockets and Traxxas RC trucks. Our experience from shopping at AAA has been that the staff was really not interested in anything other than taking our money at the register. They did not have a friendly personality and didn't seem like they really wanted to be bothered with answering any questions that we had. They did not greet us as we walked in the door, either. The man behind the counter seemed very miserable and like he would rather be anywhere other than at work. I just don't understand how they could have stayed in business for so many years treating their customers the way that they do. If I have a choice, I will not shop at AAA Hobbies. I would sooner drive to the next closest hobbie shop 45 minutes away in Sweedsboro to get what I need with exceptional customer service than to drive the 10 minutes to be shunned by the staff of AAA Hobbies. If you hate what you do, then why do you do it?
Pros: Lots of stuff
Cons: Poor customer service, very unfriendly, very unhelpful. Surprizing for a family owned business.
