This spot is just north of Sample Road on Federal Highway in the Main Street Plaza, which means it's right in the center of town and impossible to miss. And finally, bring along a healthy appetite, because these folks don't skimp on anything and the menu is H-U-G-E. Yes, this table d'hote features Thai and Sushi, but there are plenty of pan-Asian options, too, like Pho Beef Noodle Soup, Teriyakis galore, Miso Tofu, and Shrimp or Calamari Tempura. Sushi, anyone? If the answer is yes, grab a seat at the sushi bar and watch Sibsong's pros in action creating Rolls and Hand Rolls, Sushi and Sashimi Combos, Specialty and Tempura Fried Rolls, and a la carte options to which you'll undoubtedly become addicted. What's cooking in the kitchen? How about Pad Thai and Pad Se-Ew, Duck or Sea Bass Curry, and Lobster Fried Rice. Look for Sushi, Tempura, Teriyaki and Thai Lunch Specials.
