I called 4 or 5 different shops to ask about replacing my steering pump...Paul was the ONLY one who asked me why I thought it was the pump...I took it in that afternoon, his mechanic did a very careful inspection that revealed my pump was just fine (yay!) but he discovered other things that would have not been found. I wound up needing extensive work done on my vehicle which thankfully my dad is able to assist in doing. The work that Stock's did is remarkable. They were very professional on the phone and in person. They take the time to walk you thru what is needed done to your vehicle...This is great for a person like me...You know the joke about a woman who goes to the mechanic and he convinces her that she needs her blinker fluid changed...That is not true here...Everything was shown and explained in terms and ways that I could understand. They gave me an itemized estimate with their thoughts on what was the main priorities to fix. This helped a lot as we have 3 small children and while I want my vehicle safe for them to be in, I just did not have the money for all the repairs at once. Having the priority list was a big help. This shop may have slightly higher prices but as the saying goes, You get what you pay for...and it is worth it to me to pay a little extra to have a place that can fix everything instead of having to go here and there and even there...not to mention just the reassurance is worth it! Great shop....Def recommend to whoever is needing vehicle repairs!! :)
