Review content:
False feedback. The clinic is a new building like a spa. Very very unique and clean . I am pleased with innovative. They have been there for me all the time. I am a hemiplegic stroke patient who has used innovative 3 different time. Everytime the treaments gets better and better. The therapists are all very knowlegeable and thoughtfull of the patient's limitations. They take the time and give me what I really need to get better eventhough I have been declined by other clinic. They spend two hours with me making sure I leave this clinic with accomplishment. There is no overcharging me . I have been not even charge in many times because they do not even charge after one hour even when I am there for two hours . Inhouse cleaning staff for maintaining the office organized and clean.
Pros: above and beyond for providing care. Respect and care for the patient .
Cons: They can not see me everyday as the Doctor requested 3 x week.
