I've had very poor luck finding a good jeweler in Texas, and my Mom pointed me to Sam at European Jeweler's while I was visiting Chicago. She absolutely loves this place, and gets all her rings and such sized and repaired here. I was not disappointed. Sam is by far the best and most patient Jeweler I have ever dealt with. He spent the better part of 2 hours, to find the perfect stone for me.
During that time I saw a number of customers bring in their jewelry for sizings and repairs. Most if not all of the pieces were returned to the ladies within a few minutes. I was amazed at how efficient they were. What's even better is all the people coming in seemed to be repeat customers. It's so nice to have found a place that actually cares about their customers. I have a feeling I'll be coming back to Sam every time I come back home.
Pros: Fantastic people, great service
Cons: I don't live close enough to use them more often
